Exchange of goods and money refunds:
You can refuse from delivered items in case if the goods are not in accordance to your order, therefore your goods can be returned immediately after the delivery. The items must be in their original package with accompanying documents enclosed.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. In the event that it is our mistake, shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
